hela Sverige We are in the phase of implementing a global ERP system and are now looking for a colleague to lead the project forward. This is an opportunity to work with exciting global projects, where you will be an important part of our journey and have the possibility to influence. YOU WILL
You will be the one leading our big Infor M3 project, starting with the global template being implemented at our production plant in Laholm. Later on, it will involve a global rollout at the other production sites. Your area of responsibility will be to manage the roadmap of our Infor M3 solution and surrounding systems. You will act as the lead contact to the vendor and be responsible for coordinating all updates to the system, report and track technical issues, and oversee the subscription management of the system.
Other parts of the position include:
• analyze the structure and flow of the business' work, to identify possible application solutions or workflows, within the defined application scope and interconnectivity to other applications.
• configure the tools and participate in the implementation management and the workflow set-up (you will define workflow processes) plus coordinate and govern the evolution and customization in the future.
• provide user support and training for the Infor M3, maintain a knowledge base for departments throughout the company and create documentation as well as promote best practices in the applications utilization.
• manage security access and user set up for the Infor M3, ensuring the protection of information from accidental or unauthorized damage, removal and/or modification.
YOU ARE
We expect you to have a minimum of five years of experience of Infor M3. You should also have a solid understanding of the cross-functional business processes of an ERP system. Furthermore, we believe that your experience with SaaS applications/systems and knowledge of system design, development, implementation, user support principles and practices will be of high value. Business & process analysis as well as preparing workflow analyses will also be needed to be successful in this position.
We are looking for a team-player as we think success is all about teamwork where every individual contribution has the same value. You will also need a good ability to interact with others as you will be working within various projects towards different sites and departments. Leading and facilitating training comes naturally to you. Furthermore, you have a strong analytical mind, eye for detail and problem-solving skills, and used to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in time-critical situations. Finally, we believe that you are a good communicator and fluent in English.
