We are looking for a System Test Engineer for our Product Development Unit (PDU) Microwave Networks located in Mölndal, Sweden. The unit is responsible for the development of microwave system products such as MINI-LINK TN and Marconi LH and has R&D activities at sites in Mölndal and Borås in Sweden, as well as Oslo Norway, Milan Italy and Backnang, Germany. In total we are more than 600 engineers.
This organization maintains close contact between business management, market units, product management and design
Job description

The responsibilities of the PDU System Integration & Verification unit are:
• Primary responsibility for system integration & verification of MINI-LINK
• Coordinating of I&V activities carried out for the MINI-LINK portfolio
• Driving efficiency improvement in system I&V.
• Type Approval/Type Acceptance tests for MINI-LINK
• Primary responsibility for Conformance test for MINI-LINK
Your activities will include:
• Performing system tests on MINI-LINK products
• Reviewing and evaluating test results, performing fault location at system and subsystem level
• Support test engineers regarding test methods, measurements and documentation
• Write Verification Specifications and develop test methods (with input from system Requirement Specification)
• Perform Type Acceptance tests together with customers and market units
