Background
In order to meet the growing demand in the Secure Communication area within National Security and Public Safety (NSPS), we are looking to recruit software engineers.
The Secure Communication unit within NSPS consists of 30 people and is responsible for product management and development of SIM Secure End-to-end Communication (SIMSEC).
Secure Communication, is product owner of SIM Secure End-to-end Communication (SIMSEC). SIMSEC is a complete system that provides robust encryption and authentication of voice and data communication using standard mobile phones and telecommunication infrastructure leveraging on Ericsson cutting edge technologies. Our customers are companies and governments worldwide.
You will develop software which may include system design and I&V activities according to given requirements. You will work together with highly qualified co-workers in an exciting fast paced environment where we leverage modern ways of working, design and test using high tech solutions where every designer can follow through from design to testing.
Secure Communication is facing an exciting and expansive phase. Now we are looking for you, who want to be part of building our next generation mobile phone application. We work with an interesting and wide technical range by providing good opportunities for personal and professional development. We are located in Mölndal, Lackarebäck just outside Gothenburg, Sweden.
Due to the nature of the product, all personnel within the unit are security screened by Ericsson Group Function Security.
Your qualifications
• Master of Science, Bachelor of Science or equivalent
• Experienced in Android Application development and/or Blackberry
• 2 + years development of mobile phone applications or similar.
• You are experienced in C/C++ or Java
• Fluent Swedish in speaking and writing
Meritourius
UML, VoIP, Smart Card solution development - Security solution development
