Since 2005 Ericsson has been running Global Graduate programs to secure the future supply of talent and leadership candidates needed within the organization. There are vacancies for trainees in the global programs starting in 2010.
For the Multimedia Program we are on a global search for young, talented individuals. If you live, breathe and love the latest in multimedia, this is the career of your dreams.
The programs start in September 2010. It will take around 18 months to complete and are divided into several modules:
• Introduction to Ericsson in Sweden
• 5 months introduction and working in the Home Unit
• 4 months Project work and Human/Leadership competence training in Sweden
• International Assignment/s
• 2 weeks finalization of the program in Sweden
