Dfind Finance & Executive söker nu en erfaren produktionschef till en av de större underleverantörerna inom fordonsindustrin.
The main tasks of the position include, but are not limited to:
Ensure the lot size and product quality
Optimize production sequences
Service buildings, technical equipment, outside facilities
Comply to legal regulations
Process and implement production-oriented projects
Customer contact
Internal materials provision
Deliver products to the customer
Responsible for all direct and indirect work sequences in own area
Monitor work in other areas e.g. materials management, quality assurance, in accordance with the responsible superiors
Responsible for complying to the quality standards
Consult daily with other departmental heads in order to ensure smooth work sequences in all shifts
Recommend new procedures and processes to improve quality and quantity and reduce production costs
Consult regularly with the head of HR
Plan development measures for individual employees in order to improve their performance and reach their personal goals
Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to
Coordinate and lead activities in servicing, maintenance, machinery, systems/equipment, buildings and outside facilities
Set priorities for servicing and maintenance to ensure employees and machines operate effectively
Analyze and evaluate technical equipment, recommend or refuse purchases
Responsible for all employees in production, maintenance and internal materials management
Maintain open and direct contact to one's employees and so create a motivating environment
Lead and monitor the production employees in order to guarantee Just in Time production
Involved in the selection and recruitment procedures of new employees in own area
Conduct performance reviews of own employees

Publiceringsdatum2012-12-21KvalifikationerVi söker dig som är utbildad ingenjör eller motsvarande, med tidigare erfarenhet av produktion och fordonsindustrin. Du har med fördel arbetat som produktionsledare och har tidigare erfarenhet av personalansvar för större grupper.
Du är van att arbeta i en internationell miljö och kommunicerar obehindrat på såväl svenska som engelska.
Som person är du tydlig, drivande och förtroendeingivande och drivande. Vi kommer att lägga stor vikt vid din personliga lämplighet.
