Are you an Experienced Digital Art Director? Do you want to be part of and develop great web projects for international brands? Are you interested in, amongst others, the fashion, sports and automotive industries?
Grow is an expanding brand development agency in Stockholm with over 70 employees. Our client base includes Bring, Bentley Motors, Helly Hansen, Iittala and Suunto. We work on an international level with most of our clients and suppliers. Therefore, it is essential you are comfortable speaking and writing in English.
Your task will be to define and develop creative concepts for clients, and be able to conceptualize strategy as well as applying this to innovative design. You will work closely with our CD, UX and other members of our digital and print team.
We would like you to have:
• 4+ years experience of Art Direction for web and digital media.
• A good overall understanding of digital design production and overseeing creative concepts from design to final product.
• Ability to design intelligent, inspiring design concepts that are uniquely creative and easy to implement in any digital media.
• UX understanding, and being able to create visual prototypes such as wireframes or mockup screens.
• Experience of traditional media such as print production.
• Extreme proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools (ie Fireworks).
• Ability to communicate with clients and experience in participating in new business.
• Ability to work independently in a team oriented way, and juggle multiple projects in different phases.
