Nasdaq is now looking for the Equity Derivatives Professional to join the KAM sales team at the Stockholm office. The position is located in Stockholm in the renovated former Ford assembly plant in Frihamnen, in our spacious and modern, open plan factory-style campus.
As an Equity Derivatives Professional you will be responsible for helping to expand the market for derivatives in the Nordic, by helping clients navigate the landscape and come up with innovative products and solutions to cater for investors. The Derivatives professional will service all derivative active buy - and sell sides in the Nordic and help promote Nasdaq's offerings. Up to 15% travel is included in this role.
Through your role, you will navigate the customer organization to understand the customer's unique strategic objectives, business challenges and operational processes in order to comprehensively identify and meet customer needs. A big part of this role includes being involved in dialogue with assigned customer executives, employing open-ended questions to uncover overall strategic objectives and organizational needs; contributes to the communication with internal team to identify opportunities to act on information learned.

Education, Professional accomplishments, and Certifications:
• Academic degree corresponding to a Master in business or finance
• At least 3-4 years' experience with derivatives from analytic or sales perspective
• Good market and industry knowledge from financial markets
• Highly developed communication skills including negotiating and presentation in a client facing environment
• Fluent in Swedish and English
