What's in it for you?
At Facilities, Tooling and Equipment Body (FT&E) within Manufacturing Engineering Body we develop and implement quality-assured, flexible and effective and reliable production systems and equipment solutions in our Body in White plants.


Or mission is to develop and support projects with electric hardware and safety solutions within Body in White locally and globally, we also manage the installations projects in our plants.
Now we are looking to hire new colleagues within the competence area of electrical automation.

What you'll do
The Equipment engineer is responsible for electrical design and safety solutions that are specified in our RFQ for control systems in our production lines. We use modern tools within the areas of electrical engineering tasks.

The challenge for this role is for the next coming years to develop our new production lines for our next generation of cars. The new developed production lines have to be flexible, low in energy consumption, have high technical availability and maintainability.



Do you fit the profile?
The ideal candidate have an academic degree or equivalent experience within science and preferably within areas of electric Engineering or systems control.

If you have experience and knowledge in electrical design and machine safety this is an advantage to be able to enjoy this role.

Other experience and knowledge that is needed to embrace this role is:
* Automation competence
* Electric design Eplan P8
* PLC programming
* Commission experience
* Installation experience
* Project leading skills
* System Engineering
* Requirements Engineering

On a personal level.
This role will absolutely suits you if you like to travel and if you have excellent interpersonal skills including fluent English in speaking, writing and reading as that will be your daily working language.
