Your dream legacy is for the Ingka Group to be perceived as a pioneer and leading example across the world in the area of equality, diversity and inclusion.

You lead by example, acting in an inclusive and collaborative way. Coaching comes naturally to you and you inspire and influence co-workers at all levels. You have extensive experience in relationship management with executive level leaders and high-level stakeholders across sectors.

Finally, you always have the IKEA Culture and Values at heart and act as a true ambassador in everything you do and decide.
