EQT is recruiting a Communication Associate to be based in Stockholm. The position includes a wide-ranging set of tasks – we are looking for a pragmatic, motivated, creative thinker & doer with strong knowledge and interest in communication, marketing, PR and all different types of media.

To succeed in the role you need a broad set of skills and a passion for all disciplines of communication, from project management, copy writing, web editing, and brand strategy – all included in one role. You are motivated by a dynamic and ever changing atmosphere. We encourage ideas for improvements of the existing platforms and develop initiatives to strengthen EQT’s brand across the board. Together with the communication team, based in Stockholm, you work in close cooperation with all EQT investment teams and offices around the world.

Responsibilities include

Project lead/management of different communication, marketing and PR/media projects (such as Annual Review, media events, brand platform, external and internal communication strategies etc.)
Responsibility for web site (strategy, maintenance and development) and social media presence
Manage press related issue (press phone, press release distribution, press releases, structure press pictures etc.)
Production, editing and proofreading of various texts for internal and external purposes (mainly English but also Swedish)
Producing research and briefing materials
Intranet maintenance and any other“ad ho odd jobs”

We are looking for a person with 2-5 years experience from working with communication and/or PR/Media who have flexible communications skills and excellent writing skills (mainly English but also Swedish). You are interested in and have previous experience of web management and development, and you have basic understanding of the media landscape and logics of storytelling. Relevant marketing/communication education is desired.
