About the role
As EQR Development Manager, you will be responsible to secure planning, prioritization and execution of all projects in the Product Development portfolio from the perspectives of EQR (Engineering, Quality and Requirements) and usage of standard materials, shared solutions and design for total cost.
As EQR Development Manager you will be a member of the BA Management Team and deliver to the Business Plan and Business agenda. Your main focus will be on leading and securing a high level engineering development and innovation with the aim of efficient usage of resources and significantly increasing the customer experience in connection with function, quality, sustainability and low cost. You will report directly to the Business Area Manager.
