Job Summary: Epson is introducing a brand new role to our Swedish / Nordics Professional Display sales team. We are seeking an Account Manager- Professional Displays, who will drive sales in the installation projection market, engage and grow share through pro AV channel partners: value added resellers, system integrators, AV consultants etc. and at end-user level in defined vertical markets.

The Account Manager - Professional Display will report to the Sales Manager, Pro Displays Head of Business Sales (Nordic & Benelux) and will be based out of our Stockholm office. The role will involve travel across your target region as require

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the Epson range to increase sales growth into specific end user markets working in conjunction with Pro AV 'ecosystem': AV Consultants, Value-added resellers, System Integrators etc.
• Demonstrate high-end installation products via direct channel and end-user visits, open houses, training seminars etc. to show competitive advantages of Epson installation projectors.
• Account planning with aligned channel partners in order to identify and qualify new opportunities for growth.
• Collect sales out data from channel partners in order to identify key target end users for Epson sales activity.
• Maintain an opportunity pipeline for key end user business.
• Maximise opportunities from corporate account managers and specialist vertical account managers to maximise lifetime customer value. Communication and Reporting:
• Follow and monitor the forecasting process for the assigned market and provide the utmost accuracy by supporting EEB/EMD with the relevant information and "enrichment".
• Collate competitive market place information. Provide structured feedback and input to promotional activities with this knowledge.
• Manage the development and implementation of the CRM initiative, as required.
• Maintenance of Epson Partner Programme. Review qualification criteria with partners and ensure criteria are met. Meet targets on number of signed partners.
• Present regular reports as detailed in KPIs. Reports will include but not be limited to portfolio reports, opportunity reports and Sales MDF ROI reports.
• Identification of relevant customer case studies for onward use internally within Epson and/or external use.
• Co-ordinate assistance from other support departments to provide resource, as required for the specified accounts.
• Work effectively with end user vertical/specialist sales managers to optimise Epson's sales.
• Liaise with European team on management of any pan EMEAR opportunities or target accounts.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Ideally educated to degree or equivalent level in Business, Technical or Sales related discipline.
• Good level of English is necessary.
• Excellent understanding of AV technologies, solutions and commercial advantages is essential.
• Experienced working in a Sales environment with proven record of achieving success through the development of profitable sales.
• Technical expertise in relevant product group(s) or similar discipline and able to communicate and demonstrate the value and technical benefits of Epson products.
• Ability to build and proactively manage relationships over a long term to generate business growth.
• Commercially aware and numerate, used to operating in a solutions driven environment
• Experience working with key decision makers to develop account plans and implement tactical solutions
• Strong negotiating, analytical, problem solving, influencing and communication skills
• Ability to understand and manage priorities and risk in commercial terms
• Strong IT skills, including a good understanding of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. CRM experience desirable.
