hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Ascatron AB i Stockholm Open position for a development engineer with responsibility for our advanced SiC epitaxy material fabrication. We specialize in thick epitaxy, multilayer pn-junctions and embedded structures.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As Epitaxy Engineer at Ascatron you will be part of a devoted team developing next generation power semiconductors:
• Management of our epitaxy production. Organization of work for epi team and process operators with planning of test runs, production and service.
• Development and maintenance of our epitaxy equipment. Hot-wall CVD reactors LPE PE106 and Epigress VP508 for 100mm and 150mm wafers.
• Development of advanced SiC epitaxy processes for production of high voltage semiconductor devices. Experimental planning and process parameter optimization.
• Characterization of material properties at own and external resources. Including C-V preparation and measurements.
• Documentation and analysis of material quality. Recipes, runsheet, statistics, quality, development and delivery reports.
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a good understanding of advanced semiconductor material fabrication. You are a methodic, ambitious team player who likes to do practical work. You have a strong sense on quality of details, and a good analyzing ability.
We are looking for you who have:
• Master degree in material science, nano technology, in-organic chemistry or engineering physics.
• Knowledge in semiconductor epitaxy technology, solid state physics and micro metrology.
• Experience of >3 years work in semiconductor clean-room fab.

To make the most efficient and reliable SiC power devices is Ascatron using a unique material technology enabling us to reduce the resistance in the device.
