We will therefore initiate the Epiroc Performance Center (EPC) program with the aim to revolutionize Customer Service through digitalization and process optimization. Within the EPCs we will make use of cutting-edge digital technologies to enhance and personalize customer experiences of both digital as well as physical channels. With proper alignment, a customer-centric design, and the right technology in place, the Epiroc Performance Centers will enable Epiroc to be well on its way to providing a frictionless customer experience.
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of this exciting and critically important initiative.
The position reports to Vice President Innovation and Service Transformation, Mining and Rock Excavation Service (MRS).

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the successful overall development and delivery of the Epiroc Performance Center Program
• Manages program/project scope, costs and communication
• Aligns program/project deliverables with strategic objectives
• Defines, manages and updates the integrated project plans
• Manages and owns the delivery of the Change Management stream
• Manages and owns the delivery of the Training and Documentation stream
• Provides leadership to develop team approach and confirm the project methodology to be adopted by the project team
• Guides on overall planning and stewardship of the program in terms of planning, resources and timeline
• Chairs the Project Team meetings and progress reporting
• Represents the Project at the Steering Committee meetings
• Identifies and manages project risks and potential impact on the business
• Resolves issues escalated and identify any issues requiring further escalation
• Coordinates and manages the relationship with third party representatives

Personality and experience requirements
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

Good organizational and planning abilities and experience from project planning and management.
Strong self-management skills; is highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail with ability to effectively prioritize and execute time-bound tasks.
Strong communication and interaction skills;

• Communicates with impact and demonstrates effective communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
• Builds relationships and encourage collaboration; is open-minded and exercises listen-first approach to ensure shared ownership and effectively motivating key stakeholders to focus on the customer journey and experience.
• Business thinking: A big picture thinker with an innovative mindset, coupled with a passion for creating solutions that are efficient, effective, and essential.
• A drive for better customer satisfaction; Blends customer insight, with creativity, and an execution/operations orientation.

Minimum three years' experience in managing operational teams, delivering operational excellence with a passion for service improvement and the customer experience.

Educational requirements
University degree in ISIT or engineering or equivalent
