Epiroc IT develops, operates, monitors and maintains a wide range of information technology solutions and services to enable Epiroc's growth and profitability. The function operates on a global level to ensure that the organization has the tools needed to be successful. The Epiroc Collaborations Services provide collaboration services to all persons within 300 locations globally. These services include presence, chat, video, Meeting capabilities, Contact Center Omni Channel, and data/AI/Bot integration.

Your mission
As the Senior Architect lead, you will be accountable for the collaboration platform design, building and delivering activities for the Collaborations services and coordinating with the Epiroc Strategic Partners. This will involve strategy and roadmap reviews, monitoring, developing, identifying, and maintaining areas for enhancement and continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for engaging with strategic market-leading Collaboration vendors to analyze their platform services and merging this with the needs of the internal organization to enhance the service delivery of Epiroc. You will ensure that the most appropriate operational controls are in place for services and have the responsibility of ensuring correct & appropriate forecasting and charging of the services (work units). Primary focus will be on Contact Center Omni Channel, and data/AI/Bot integration
You will be part of a small team that will manage our strategic roadmaps and architecture (design, build and deliver). Your Profile
To be successful in this role, we believe you should have 10 or more years of experience within the IT profession and at least 5+ years in Architecture design and integration and IT Service Management. You also have experience of Microsoft (MS-750), Cisco (CCPN design), Genesys, and others. Additional experience in IT Commodity services and Vendor managed services is considered a plus.
We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal and communication skills with a keen analytical ability and strong leadership skills. You should have good administration and documentation skills along with the ability to manage vendors and to achieve goals despite obstacles. You have a demonstrated commitment to quality and continuous improvement and exceptional customer service, as well as a good understanding of Network topologies and inter-related services impacting Collaboration design and services.
This role requires a lot of global contact, therefore a fluency in English (Written and Oral) is required.

This position can be based in Örebro (Sweden) or Prague (Czech Republic).
