It provides a complete range of services with the aim of maximizing customers' productivity. The division focuses on spare parts supply, professional service, support solutions and training. It has distribution centers in China, Sweden and the United States, and is based in Sweden

With proper alignment, a customer-centric design, and the right technology in place, the future E-business platform will enable Epiroc to be well on its way to providing a frictionless customer experience.
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of this exciting and critically important initiative.
The positions reports to Vice President Innovation and Service Transformation, Mining and Rock Excavation Service (MRS).
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Secure continued E-business functionality for Epiroc after the organizational split
Responsible for the successful overall development and delivery of the future, business critical, Epiroc E-business Program
Assist in developing the online strategy and target conditions for the assigned portfolios in partnership with Product and other functional teams
Ensure programs and sub-projects are on track, manage risks, execute corrective actions as needed and deliver on time with quality and within budget
Ensure statements of work/contracts properly align products and services with the project deliverables and strategic objectives
Manage a geographically dispersed matrix organization
Quickly identify and resolve issues as they arise, driving resolution in partnership with product and functional delivery teams
Guide on overall planning and stewardship of the program in terms of planning, resources and timeline
Clearly and effectively communicate project status, issues and risks to internal partners including running executive steering meetings.
Understand the domain, know the experts, ask the right questions to prioritize and perform necessary follow-up to resolve issues.
Resolve issues escalated and identify any issues requiring further escalation
Manage large, multi-year budgets, control costs and deliver within budget.
Personality and experience requirements
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience delivering digital solutions utilizing cross functional teams including program and project management, product strategy, technology, and user experience.
- Business thinking; a big picture thinker with an innovative mindset, coupled with a passion for creating solutions that are efficient, effective, and essential.
- High degree of flexibility in managing shifting priorities and effectively communicating business priorities to teams
- A drive for better customer satisfaction; blends customer insight with creativity, and an execution/operations orientation.
- Strong analytical skills and performance orientation. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to drive complex estimates that take one or more programs and projects into account and to effectively communicate risks and dependencies to executives and business partners
- Demonstrated ability to identify, understand, and drive resolution of complex critical issues across large multi-discipline programs
- A critical thinking and understanding of the issues related to the decision-making process; ability to analyze situations fully and accurately, and reach productive decisions
- Strong self-management skills including time management. The candidate demonstrates efficiency, flexibility and persistence, managing his or her own time and ensuring engagement, deadlines and objectives are met.
- Strong communication skills; communicates with impact and demonstrates effective communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal). The candidate should have an understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive and accurately interpret ideas, information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. This includes the ability to describe or explain complex processes and issues in a concise manner.
Educational requirements
University degree in ISIT, marketing or equivalent.
