We are in the process of developing a new feature for Scania (and TRATON) that promises to be a game-changer in our ability to create innovative solutions. The complexity of this project has prompted us to assemble some of Scania's brightest minds, complemented by capable leaders and ambitious developers. Our initial progress indicates our ability to deliver substantial value for the company and to meet the heightened expectations, we are looking to further enhance our team's competence to reach even greater heights.
What we do
Scania is dedicated to achieving science-based sustainability targets in the field of transportation solutions. In a rapidly evolving world, the key to achieving speed and flexibility in developing new solutions lies in delivering frequent iterations with fast feedback loops. The CI-machine serves as the pivotal enabler for this endeavor. In simpler terms, we are working to make the world a better place!
Today, many companies have adopted Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) for their software development. Some have even successfully implemented CI/CD for both software and hardware within specific product platforms. Our mission is to create an automated pipeline - an integration-as-a-service solution - that allows designers to Build, Configure, and Trigger relevant tests for both software and hardware across the complete Scania modular system.
We aim to be at the forefront of this field! Success will position Scania and other brands within TRATON with a superb opportunity to excel in developing sustainable solutions with world-class speed and flexibility.
Who you are
Are you a solution-oriented individual with a knack for navigating complex governance structures and managing diverse agendas and interests effortlessly? Do you thrive in the midst of a disruptive and transformative environment? We are seeking an Epic owner who can confidently introduce new technical solutions to eager users, proceeding pragmatically with a focus on the long-term goal.
As a person, you possess a natural ability to connect with others and have a profound impact on your surroundings with your positivity and trustworthiness.
Your main responsibilities will include
Overseeing implementation.
Aligning expectations with stakeholders and users.
Managing deviations and ensuring necessary decisions are made.
Desired knowledge and experiences
Project management.
Customer relations management.
Familiarity with Scanias processes and its operational framework.
Knowledge of information technology and management.
