MultiMind is looking for a Environmental Controller , fluent in Swedish to our client for a 6 month assignment
About the company
Our client is a worldwide electronics company with focus on innovation and design. They are located in modern facilities in Stockholm.
About the position
General Management/Assisting in the clients Environmental and Sustainability workarea.
The job scope
Communication with HQ/EHQ and taking care of Ad-hoc reports/tasks from HQ/EHQ
Managing Service Network Coverage data.
Reporting local service/system issues to HQ.
Monthly/weekly environmental reports
Communicate with stakeholders
Monitor environmental reporting system
Qualifications
College ("gymnasium") IT.
Driver license.
Experience
Preferably has worked with similar tasks 1-2 years.
Preferably experience from SAP (Sales & Distribution module)
Previous system experience, good knowledge of XML and EDI connections.
Should have good knowledge from system development & integrations.
Skills and attributes
Fluent in English
Fluent Swedish speaker
Analytical
High knowledge of excel
Very good computer skills.
Office package
Able to identify opportunities for improvement and suitable solutions
Able to drive to implementation of changes
Service minded but with ability to say no if needed
Self starter (taking own initiatives, drive)
Eager and willing to learn
Team player
