Responsible for establishing and developing the internal environmental monitoring program for the factory.
Responsible for taking water and air samples according to environmental
monitoring program.
Responsible for reporting according to monitoring program and management system.
Educate and inform management and other teams on actions needed for compliance.
Responsible for environmental impact risk assessments in the factory.
Responsible for procedures and response plan in case of environmental incident or unplanned discharge to air or water.
Support for yearly reports to KEMI and SMP (Miljörapport).
Support ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 development and implementation.

Skills & Requirements
Education/Experience
Environmental engineer or similar
3-5 years of experience in monitoring of environmental permits in industry and reporting to authorities
Good knowledge of instruments and methods for measuring emissions
Good knowledge of utilities for mitigation of emissions to air and water
Specific Skills/Abilities
Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus
Highly organised and result-driven
Shows grit and innovative thinking when facing challenges
Passionate about the company's sustainability mission and potential
Eager to identify improvement possibilities
Excellent communication skills
Team player
