The Environmental Services division at URS Nordic has grown significantly and now consists of an established team of contaminated land, due diligence and infrastructure professionals working with large clients throughout the Nordic region.
We are now looking for a contaminated land professional to join our Soil & Groundwater team in Stockholm.
We are looking for candidates with a relevant qualification in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Geotechnology, Hydrogeology, or Environmental Sciences. Experience from working with governments or in environmental consulting is an advantage. Good speaking and writing skills in English are essential, as well as a client oriented approach. The candidate has a minimum relevant work experience of 4 years and a drivers licence for car.
Based from our Stockholm, you will take part in soil and groundwater investigations.
This will involve conducting fieldwork and remedial works. Duties will include conducting and/or managing soil sampling tests and co-ordinating contractors, developing remedial plans and preparing client reports.
