You will be part of Health, Safety, Environment and Management system, within Operational Excellence (OpEx). We are an engaged and skilled team of nine specialists and technicians working with Health & Safety, Environment and coordination of the Management system, processes, routines and instructions. Our mission is to support managers to be able to secure that requirements and standards are fulfilled.

Your challenges
At the center of events, you will play a key role in driving improvements within the environment area. An important part of your work will be to support our organization by providing processes to reduce the environmental impact. This includes risk analyses of our current site, as well as forecasts of expected changes ahead.

Performing inspections and samplings at our site, to verify status and to identify improvement areas, will also be part of your work, as well as managing audits. Furthermore, you will develop, document and implement routines and instructions to improve our work methods. You may also be part of investigations to identify root causes, suggest solutions and ensure implementation.

Since our business develops, produces and installs our products both on land and offshore, the HSE function plays an important role in a very dynamic organization. Your daily agenda will therefore include varying and challenging tasks, in close collaborations with colleagues and managers in all areas of our business - from Marketing to Laboratory.

Your profile
As a foundation, you hold a post-secondary education or a University degree within Environment/Sustainability, combined with experience in ISO 14001 and experience in performing audits and samplings. Experience in practical environmental tasks in a manufacturing business, is preferable as well as experience in investigations and root cause analyses. Fluency in English and Swedish is a must, whereas proficiency in German is a plus.

You are open to new ideas as well as driven, and you thrive in a role where you can take initiatives. With your great collaborative and communicative skills, you easily develop sustainable relations and you are able to increase the awareness of environmental issues. Combining this with your ability to think systematically, you contribute to our future success.

Functional area
You will be part of High Voltage Cables in Karlskrona, Sweden. We manufacture and install high-voltage cables for underground and submarine applications. We have a unique production environment for the latest cable technology on the market where we develop efficient high technological power transmission solutions enabling expansion of renewable energy. Globally, we install and commission our high voltage cable systems diligently and with the client 's needs at the heart of our focus.
