Description

Environment has high priority for Tetra Pak and is an integral part of our strategy. Continued environmental leadership throughout the value chain is key to our current and future competitiveness.
We are now looking for a passionate and engaged Environment Executive who will lead Tetra Pak's environment effort in Denmark and Norway. You will report to the Environment Director for Tetra Pak Nordics, and will be an active partner to our communications, marketing and sales departments.
This position is based in Lund with approx. 10-15% travel, mainly within the Nordic countries.
Main responsibilities:
• Ensure execution of environment strategy and plans for Denmark and Norway
• Drive recycling results in Denmark and Norway, by ensuring collection and recycling
• Proactively support the Communications, Marketing and Sales functions in driving an active environment engagement towards key stakeholders. Manage and secure the accuracy and credibility of environment content
• Support the positioning of beverage cartons in Norway with emphasis on social media
• Represent Tetra Pak in external situations, e.g. customer meetings, seminars, workshops
• Anticipate developments in legislation and in collection set-up/scheme. Identify opportunities for advocacy activities
• Drive partnerships with selected environment NGO's and local bodies of interest
• Secure financial control and environmental reporting
Qualifications
As a person you are an active partner than can work across borders, both internally and externally. You understand our customers' and Tetra Pak's own business and how environment and sustainability can add strength. You use diplomacy and tact. You are constantly and consistently a top performer and push yourself and others for results with a positive mindset. You are excellent in planning, set objectives and goals, take action and are flexible to adjust your approach to the situation.
To be successful in this position you have a University degree, preferably in environment or related areas. Minimum three years relevant work experience in environment related areas. You have experience from leading and managing projects and ability to work independently. Excellent presentation skills are a must. Swedish or other Scandinavian language as mother tongue is required. You also have excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.
