This is a uniqe opportunity to take on the role as THE Project Leader for Dexterity, taking Dexterity from an idea to reality.
Dexterity is about to transform to a marketplace within a very rapidly growing segment.
Dexterity is on a mission to make our everyday life easier by using technology and connecting consultants to game changing opportunities. Our mission is to cut out the middlemens in the IT consultancy business in the Nordics — the consultants will benefit from more interesting assignments and better terms, and the companies will have lower cost and a better follow up on the projects.
Job description
We are looking for an entrepreneur. It is a very well funded startup and you will be the foundation of the Dexterity product development.
You will be responsible for continuously improving and optimizing the Dexterity service. You will find and attract fantastic developers and you will guide them in their development of the whole marketplace technology including an app for consultants.
Apart from leading the development of the technology, the role also involves working with suppliers, establishing contacts with partners and collaborating with stakeholders. You will set up and develop routines for necessary background check of partners, legal papers and you can clearly see what needs to be done and when.
Your profile
Today you are probably working as CEO, entrepreneur or Project leader for a start-up company.
• You are very well experienced within sales and you have the â€Do It Yourself†mentality as a true entrepreneur.
• You have 5+ years of relevant work experience, and a degree within computer engineering or economics.
• You can project lead a group of SW developers
• You know what issues a start-up company faces in development and production
• You are hands-on (not strategic) when you verify technical specifications and assumptions.
• To fit into our team we think you are between 28-35 years old and you love fast paced environments.
Personal characteristics
You love to face problems along the road because they make you wiser. You often think that if something is worth doing it's worth doing well. You love to inspire your colleagues with your “do-power†and to-do lists. Most importantly, you want to build a company that can deliver Dexteritys mission to the world, and you want to ask people for help along the way.
