Do you want to be part of a team designing the architecture for Ericsson's digital transformation?
At Ericsson, we've identified a set of digital capabilities which will significantly improve our customers' experience and our end-to-end workflow efficiency.
Ericsson Group IT's Enterprise Architecture team play a crucial part in this business transformation. We are now looking for several Enterprise Solution Architects to join our team and help us in this journey!
As an Enterprise Solution Architect you will work in an agile team and be responsible for the design and blueprinting architecture, realized by software engineers. You are continuously matching business requirements with perspectives of business process, information, data and IT functionality. You create business value by balancing the functional requirements against other non-functional/quality requirements, making necessary priorities and compromises.
You will
Ensure alignment with our target architecture and security directives, ranging from integration patterns to buy/build recommendations, by guiding and steering agile development teams with architecture guardrails and advice.
Present solution architecture to formal review boards when applicable.
Influence and share architectural good practices within Group IT and across Ericsson.
Be working in close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, UX designers, Software Engineers, Business SME's, Agile Coaches etc. as well as peer architect roles including Enterprise-, Security-, Business- and Information Architects.
Be an ambassador for enterprise architecture and an active contributor in internal and external architecture communities.
To be successful in the role you have
Demonstrable experience of enterprise-grade solution architecture development within one or several business domains (e.g. Finance, Supply, Sourcing, Sales, HR/People etc.) Perhaps not yet in teams practicing agile methodologies, but sees that as an exciting opportunity to grow and learn something new.
An understanding of how to build and implement full-stack enterprise-grade web and mobile solutions (cloud native, containers, public cloud PaaS services, security built-in, API first design etc.) as well as integration with Commercial-off-the-shelf and Software-as-a-Service solutions.
Ability to collaborate with a diverse team of people from different backgrounds, field of expertise, level of seniority across different parts of the world.
A genuine interest in technology, eager to learn and keep up with the latest trends like AI/ML, automation and public cloud.
And even better if you have
A background designing digital solutions for either Supply & Logistics, Sourcing, Finance/ERP, Smart Manufacturing/I4.0 or customer journey workflows in a B2B scenario.
