The position
You will be a part of our Enterprise Architect team, shaping the strategy for enterprise security architecture at Cambio. The role will also support the organization where needed to make sure we deliver the right technical solutions. In this role it is important to be passionate about security and technology, but also to understand how that fits into the overall business and development organization. Being able to build trust and understanding within the organization to drive and accomplish the security roadmap for our products is critical.
Your responsibilities would include working together with group security, Cambio IT, R&D and our operations organization to lay a strategy and a roadmap for the different areas of security. On an average day, in addition to syncing with stakeholders, you may create guidelines for secure development for R&D, review solutions from a security perspective, and contribute to the overarching work that the Enterprise Architect group performs.

About you
To be comfortable and successful in this position, we see you as being able to communicate clearly and effectively on different levels and with different groups (from developers to C-level management). You are solution-oriented, structured, and have both strong documentation and presentation skills. You enjoy working with a close-knit team as well as coming to work with a positive attitude, ready to tackle whatever challenges that may present themselves. Lastly, we hope you are pragmatic - you are experienced in getting buy-in from the organization and finding compromises in difficult situations.
Requirements
We expect you to have worked with security for at least 5 years and to understand the different aspects of security that a company must consider, with focus on product security, secure service delivery and secure software development. Working with architectural diagrams is comfortable for you, and you are ready to help us build up a way of working with enterprise security architecture that is sustainable and proactive. You must be fluent in English.
It's a bonus if you
Are certified in information security (e.g. CISSP, CISSP-ISSAP, CND, SANS SEC530: Defensible Security Architecture and Engineering or similar)
Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping
At Cambio we value a healthy work-life balance, and to encourage that we apply a hybrid working-model. Together with your team you decide which days you work at the office. On the remaining days you can work remotely from home, but you are always more than welcome to work at the office too.
Scope: Full time
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
