Financial Controlling and Risk Management is responsible for consolidated financial planning and reporting for the company, risk management and energy economics controlling for E.ON Customer Solution Sweden. The Risk Management responsibility cover monitoring, controlling, developing and reporting on the areas of enterprise risk management and commodity risk management of the Nordic Customer Solution business.
Main responsibilities for the role are within the areas enterprise risk management and project risk management but also to support on market risk management related tasks such as ensuring adherence to commodity risk mandates given to our energy economics business. The department works closely, but independently, together with the Energy Management function as well as with the risk owners in the different parts of our Nordic business. We offer you the chance to further develop our Risk Management function together with a very experienced team.
The role is located in Malmö
In the role Enterprise Risk Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Modelling of chances and risks within Risk2chance and Tagetik as part of MTP and quarterly forecasting process
* Preparation of risk report / risk dashboards as input to MTP documentation and quarterly Performance Package
* Preparation, alignment and delivery of the long-term risk radar
* Continue to develop the enterprise risk management process together with the risk owners and risk reporting colleagues in the business.
* Responsible for running our project risk calculation model as well as taking part in project risk work-shops to support on risk assessments.
* Further develop and implement local guidelines on enterprise risk management as well as on project risk management
* Handling the interaction with colleagues as E.ON SE in Essen active within enterprise risk management as well as project risk management
* Be the main contact within Customer Solution for guidance on project risk management according E.ON guidelines
* Keeping up to date with operational best practice as well as current trends and developments in areas of expertise
To be successful in the role as Enterprise Risk Manager we expect you to have a university degree in economics combined with skills in the context of risk management. You probably have four to five years of professional experience working as a Risk Manager, during which you have developed a good understanding of risk management. You also have an ability to query, challenge and maintain a high degree of professional integrity when interacting with other parts of the business. Furthermore, we expect you to have analysis and modelling skills using Excel and @Risk and experience in SQL and corresponding data base handling.
As personal qualifications we expect that you have a creative mind and an ability to get things efficiently organized. You are also open and communicative and have a great ability to cooperate within a group and with colleagues around business.
