We are now looking for an experienced Information/Data Architect to join our exciting journey supporting the Ericsson digital business transformation.
You will join a team of information architecture professionals to play a key role in formulating Ericsson's information architecture framework & governance and crafting information architecture to be demonstrated across Ericsson.
You will be working in a truly global multi-functional environment and need to balance the multidisciplinary Information Architecture perspective with the detailed information requirements from our business stakeholders. Your have a positive and curious approach and your personal skills align well with what we value; professionalism, respect, perseverance, and integrity.
In this position you need think strategically and long-term, in order to give the best advice and support decisions to strengthen Ericsson's journey to become data driven. You will work with Head of Enterprise Information Architecture within Group IT/CIO.
What you will do
Ensure efficient strategy-to-execution plan for Ericsson through value-adding analysis especially for Semantic data layer, Data Integration, Meta Data Management, Ontologies and unstructured data.
Craft the information architecture framework as an integral part of Enterprise Architecture at Ericsson
Increase focus on Target Architecture deliverables for relevant areas and ensure it is useful in practice.
Drive the value realization of our enterprise information model in the ongoing digital transformation
Set strategies and roadmaps within our domain for the relevant areas
Analyze demands/requirements from both business and IT and understand impact on existing or target information/data architecture views
Drive excellence and governance
You will bring
Data-modeling and information classification expertise at the enterprise level.
Experience of improving business performance through enterprise information solutions and capabilities, such as content/meta data management, data integration, and related information management or information infrastructure components
Understanding of metamodels, taxonomies and ontologies, as well as of the challenges of applying structured techniques (data modeling) to less-structured sources.
Practical work experience within information architecture domain in large complex application landscapes (API/Data Integration experience)
Work experience related to multidisciplinary Enterprise-wide data/information
Experience of standards in the field of architecture (Astrakhan, TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, eTOM etc.)
Broad knowledge and experience from several architecture views (process, data/information/IT) will be considered as positive
Business domain, data/content and process understanding
