About the roleAs an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our enterprise clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, implement effective strategies, and provide ongoing support to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes. Your goal is to foster strong, long-term relationships and drive customer retention and growth.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Lead the onboarding process for new enterprise clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our products/services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Engineering) to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services that align with clients' needs.
Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact client satisfaction or retention.
Build and maintain customer playbooks for the enterprise journey.
Responsible for the renewal process.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience working B2Bas an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or Senior Customer Success Manager.
Experience in the field of SaaS andSoftware Asset Management.
Experience with support tools and platforms like HubSpot.
Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
Superior communication skills in written and spoken English and Swedish.
An innovative self leader that is service minded.
