We are looking for an experienced performance manager to join our Advanced Analytics & AI team. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.
What you'll do
The goal of the Advanced Analytics & AI team is to provide data products to internal stakeholders and enable Telenor Sweden to make truly data driven decisions. As an Enterprise Performance Manager you will work in a truly cross-functional role. You will be part of our Business division's (B2B) management team with the mission to make it as data-driven as possible with your insights. You will also align business data enablement requirements with BI and analytics specialists. You will play a critical role in the success of our business by providing insight of what drives our sales, efficiency and customer life time value.
As a critical link between data analytics and business, you help turn vast amounts of transactional data into actionable insights, creating data pipelines, and state-of-the-art visualizations. We are looking for a team player that can work independently and have a strategic vision. You have the freedom, but also the responsibility, to define and shape the performance management role for the biggest possible impact by deciding on the best KPIs and ways of communication.
Who are you
In order to succeed and thrive in this role, we believe you should have:
* A bachelor in economics, business, or computer science. A master's degree is of advantage
* Solid experience as a data analyst or business analyst
* You have built insightful dashboards and reports and have enabled numerous stakeholders to make data-driven decisions
* Solid experience working with Excel, SQL
* You can communicate actionable insights with impact to key stakeholders
* You have extensive experience in building dashboards using tools such as Qlik, Shiny, or Tableau, understanding the impact of well-designed graphs and KPI visualizations
* You have basic statistical knowledge and can explain correlations and linear regressions with confidence
We would be impressed if you:
* Have worked with the AWS cloud platform
* Understand programming languages, such as Java Script, Python, R
* Have worked as an analyst in a B2B subscriptions business and understand the particularities of retention, CLM, and acquisition
