What you'll be part of
We're right in the middle of a major digital shift to become an industry leader within digital solutions and enable operational excellence through digitalisation. To support this, we're establishing a Transformation Management Office (TMO) - to provide expertise, structures, tools and methodology to enable this transformation. Optimizing our business process end-to-end to deliver customer value is critical to our success in this transformation. The Enterprise Business Analyst team is one of four functions within the TMO organization that will play a key part in this work.
Your mission
In this versatile role, your main mission is to analyze where our product portfolio provides most customer value and help create an awareness and understanding of it within the management of our Business Areas and Divisions. You do this by proactively identifying new opportunities, assess current performance, and facilitate cross functional collaboration. You present well-defined change initiatives including clarity of how they contribute to business outcomes and strategic goals, and work to ensure that the organization has the knowledge, thinking and best practices to define and implement target End-to-End solutions.
Some tasks included in your role are:
Customer mapping.
Analysis of business trend opportunities.
Creation of value propositions and support our business in define customer offerings and business models.
Coaching and development of E2E systems thinking, competences and best practices.
Support in the development of good quality business cases
Supporting development initiatives, projects, and continuous improvements, in solution design decision making and solution design across the Business Area.
You report to the Manager of Enterprise Business Analysts. The position is flexible between Stockholm, Sandviken (Sweden), Tampere (Finland), or Dublin (Ireland) and we offer you a hybrid working model. Some occasional travel is included in your job.
Your character
We're looking for someone with experience of working with business management in a role similar to this one. You have a backpack with useful methodologies, tools and experiences combined with the curiosity and flexibility to find ways of using them in new context. With the ability to push things forward and gathering feedback and input from the business and stakeholders, you help the business in taking the right decisions. You're highly proficient in the Office 365 suite, and knowledge of ERP platforms is beneficial. You're used to communicating with senior stakeholders and have good skills in both written and verbal English.

With your superb interpersonal skills, you're a strong team player.
