hela Sverige We are currently looking for two architects, with different focuses, preferably placed in Sandviken but with potential for placement elsewhere. As an Enterprise Architect you will be part of the IT/IS Framework function of our CIO office, where you will be part of a close-knit international team.
Key performance areas
As an Enterprise Architect focused on aftermarket and R&D you will have responsibility for developing sustainable IT solutions that contribute to our operations realizing their intended value via our IT services. You will work in a structured manner to develop solutions that fit SMC's IT landscape while fully supporting the processes you work with.
Via Service Design (as described by ITIL), you will create smoothly functioning solutions and frameworks. This means that the results of your work must be able to lead to a functioning SLA and functional Change Processes in order for our IT services to be effective throughout the entire lifecycle.
The watchwords for SMC's architecture work are Continuous Service Improvements and LEAN IT, and you will be responsible for seeing that changes are made in line with our vision and our strategic goals, in part for the models relating to business architecture, but also for our automated processes. The position involves travelling.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a relevant academic background or equivalent experienced acquired elsewhere. Certification in IT/Enterprise architecture is very definitely advantageous, as is experience with EA models and tools (e.g., ARIS). We prefer that you have one or more areas of special expertise with which you can contribute state-of-the-art knowledge. Expertise in the areas of integration, mobility, Cloud Computing and/or security frameworks is especially advantageous. Experience of leading workshops, as well as strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal, are requirements for this position.
