WSP is in a growth phase which places demands on both organization and support systems. At the same time new business opportunities arises through digitalization and digital transformation. We are therefore strengthening our Nordic IT organization with an Enterprise Architect.

As an Enterprise Architect, you are responsible for WSP's long-term efficient IT architecture that meets the needs of the business. You will work on building and implementing WSP's architecture function. You are responsible for the development, management and follow-up of overall IT architecture plans and policies for WSP. The role will be international primarily with projects in the Nordic region and continental Europe.

Primarily focus within the role:

* Support our projects and management organization with overall architectural issues, guidance and ensure that we build long-term sustainable solutions
* Act in close cooperation with business and IT organizations to support strategic choice, technology capabilities and decision making within the IT architectural area
* Over all responsible for effective integrations between our IT systems
* Responsible for the IT architecture methods and frameworks and their continuous development.
* Monitor the architectural area in general and act as a mentor regarding architecture topics

This role is new and there will be great possibilities to influence WSP continued digital journey!

Your background
This is a senior role and in order to be successful we expect you to have several years of experience of enterprise architectural work and responsibilities within large organizations. You have a strong technical background as well as a great interest to understand business needs. Good communicational skills are a must. We expect you to be fluent in English and preferably at least one Nordic language. Microsoft, Unit4 and Visma are trusted technology partners with WSP today and experience with one or more of these technology providers could be beneficial in the role.
