About Group IT
Group IT is located in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We are 1400 employees responsible for running the bank, developing and maintening business strategic and central systems in Swedbank.
All development is managed in projects and we deliver approximately 600 projects and pre-studies during a business year.
Through understanding and acting from the needs of our internal customers, we offer the group competitive IT-solutions which support new products and high level services to our clients.

Assignment specification
Welcome to a team of highly skilled experts, responsible for developing and implementing Swedbank's Target Architecture. Here we are finding the best solutions for our long and short term goals in architecture. We are involved in all areas of the bank and have enterprise- wide perspective in all assignments. We are switching from theoretical and controlling approach to more collaborative an enabling way of working.
In the role of Enterprise Architect you will be responsible for the data architecture on Enterprise level. You are expected to establish and be part of way of working with data architecture matters on Swedbank Group level, including taking decisions on data architecture questions. In addition, you will support programs, business and IT areas in specific data architecture related topics. You will continuously develop your competence for keeping the edge in your expertise.
To really excel as an Enterprise Architect with us, you need:
Relevant academic education At least 5 years of experience in information architecture related role To master the latest technology trends and practices Fluency in English
