In the role as Enterprise Architect you will lead the architect team in alignment with the Business roadmap where you are responsible for managing the Tech roadmaps. By understanding and analyzing the goals and needs of Afound and the capabilities in the tech platform you drive a long-term focus and ensure the development side meet these goals short and long term.
We work agile and we are continuously improving our ways of working so we expect you to be the same. At Afound we work very close between all roles so you can expect a very dynamic and inspiring work environment. Working in iterations and delivering value often and quickly is a mantra, and this role is important in enabling this. Both in breaking down bigger chunks to small deliverables and in defining and maintaining architectural runway.
You will work with the latest digital and cloud-based technology from leading tech vendors. You can expect to cover all areas of our solution based on current needs.
As a person you will need to be a fast learner as our environment constantly develops in the same high pace as Afound. We hope that you are a good communicator that can explain complex solutions in simple, structured and actionable ways. You need to be able to present and help ensuring good solutions are designed and delivered. You will face tasks of different sizes depending on what each situation requires. Your responsibilities
Your to do-list includes:
Drive Afound's tech roadmap, including influencing our partners roadmap
Manage and support the architectural work performed by Afound employees and our partners
Manage architecture design process within several business areas of Afound
Perform and manage pre-studies from an architectural perspective
Own architectural strategies, roadmap and tactics
Scope, manage and follow up deliveries
Align with the H&M group and our Product and IT Service Providers when necessary
Your skills
We think you are a social, open, communicative and sales-minded team player with drive and optimism. We hope that you have a great interest in transferring Afound's business vision to delivery of a modern and purposeful tech platform.
And your skills include:
Between 5 and 10 years' experience of Enterprise or relevant Solution Architecture
Leadership skills and Team leading experience
Experience from agile tech development
Experience from e.g. the following tech areas: Episerver, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure PaaS knowledge
Marketplace knowledge and experience

Who are we?
Afound is a part of New Business in the H&M group. New Business currently consists of six separate brands: COS, Monki, Weekday, H&M Home, & Other Stories and Arket. Each brand has its own management team that sets the strategies and manages operations to ensure growth and profitability through colleagues, best customer offer, efficiency and expansion. New Business is also actively working with various development projects to add new business to the H&M Group portfolio.
