We're looking for an Enterprise Architect to join the Infrastructure & Operations team at H&M:s IT-department. As an Enterprise Architect, you will strengthen our capacity to facilitate cross-functional change, drive architecture strategy and increase the maturity of our EA discipline. You will also lead and guide area architects at the division in their work with both long-term strategies and decisions that impact solution designs.
We are in a very exciting transformation to more cloud services globally, so this role offers the opportunity to work where new technology intersect with business demands in a unique way.
I&O today consists of three main areas which are Business Solution I&O, Infrastructure Services and Service Management & Support. We are mainly seated in Stockholm and Hong Kong.
The person we are looking for either has a background in software or infrastructure engineering, with a passion and understanding of both on a high level. The I&O division supplies products and services that is used by other functions at H&M to build business applications, therefore a broad understanding of both software, platforms and infrastructure is needed although this role has its starting point to ensure the infrastructure platform.

Your responsibilities
The job of an Enterprise Architect at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Accountable for the technical roadmaps and that they are align to out technology strategy
• Drive the architectural work within the Infrastructure area
• Understand and weigh different perspectives: the development of our business and the development of the IT industry in general How it impact different sourcing options; balancing time, cost, quality when carrying out solutions build on decided architecture
• Engineering craftsmanship. Even if your recent roles have taken you away from being hands-on, you've no doubt found other ways to keep on top of the latest tools and techniques, and you still bring a deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure delivery to the table
• Understand and analyze the business demands and how they can be realized in an effective way

And your skills include:
• At least 5 years of experience of Enterprise Architecture at large corporations with global presence
• Experience from architecture leadership positions
• Demonstrated leadership qualities: a person who can set an agenda, gather teams around ideas and objectives and drive progress with enthusiasm
• Experience from program architecture as well as experience with portfolio, project and strategy management
• Strong communication skills: able to understand and speak the language of both IT and business. Able to adapt his/her communication according to the context and audience
• Strategic perspective: balancing the need of day-to-day operational work without losing the long term perspective and targets and with aligment with strategical decisions
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English

The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conducts business virtually all over the globe. The H&M group includes in addition to H&M the brands H&M Home, COS, & Other Stories, Monki, Weekday, Cheap Monday and ARKET. As an IT-department, we work with all brands.
