hela Sverige As an Enterprise Architect for 3D / Virtual Product, you will lead the business architecture IT & Application Architecture for the value stream. Starting from the early prototyping, through robust and life cycle managed part structures, to communicative 3D assets utilized in our customer facing communication and content strategy. IKEA has an outstanding know how and competence in how to use 3D assets in customer meetings. This is a differentiating competence for us, making the range and room sets look realistic and. However, there is a need to strengthen the underlying architecture, getting better at connecting all of our competence around 3D across the full value chain of IKEA.
You will be responsible for the framing of 3D as a Value Streams, assessing underlying capabilities, identifying gaps, and casting the resulting movements into roadmaps and robust scoping of initiatives/epics. This includes impact on people, process, information, technology and organisation. Stressing a decoupled and componentized application architecture that embraces the old and the new.
More specifically, in this role you will be accountable for:
Application & IT Architecture for virtual product / 3D. From target architecture, through software selection & solution design, to framing the robust implementations.
Evolving the Business Architecture and value stream work for virtual product/ 3D, developing a strategic network (from senior leaders to subject matter experts), strengthening the role of architecture as an enabler of a consistent Data & Technology blueprint.
Responsible for up-to-date architecture artefacts and architecture patterns. Partnering with project teams to design, create and re-use of the same
Evolve the Enterprise Architecture discipline and competences, especially value adding services like conceptual solution design, embedding architecture into the development teams (Classic or Agile), and creative ways of supporting the digital journe.
Shared Responsibility for the Inter IKEA Architecture Roadmap.
Shared Responsibility for cross-domain architecture working groups to resolve strategic questions, continuously improve a consistent business and technology blueprint.

To be successful in this role, we believe you are a strong enterprise architect, able to inspire and mobilize people towards clearly set objectives.
We expect you to have a very good knowledge of information and business technologies with a specific focus on Enterprise Architecture concepts, methodologies, and frameworks, and with the relevant experience and track record. You have had hands on experience in what it means to actually implement differentiated solutions supporting "Developing the offer process", from virtual prototyping to launch. You are comfortable with agile project methodologies and modern IT operations approaches, specifically DevOps, CI/CD and Cloud.
We are looking for a visionary, pragmatic and adaptable architect with strong willpower. You are curious and able to build relationships in order to establish strong trust between the architecture community and its stakeholders. It is also necessary that you carry natural credibility and you have a proven track record of reaching stretch targets. You are an energetic and collaborative leader who has a very good knowledge of IT and digital organisations, strategies and working methods.
