We are now recruiting the next Enterprise Architect ERP to Husqvarna Group.

Your role at Husqvarna Group
In the role of Enterprise Architect ERP you will be responsible for setting the direction for Husqvarna in the ERP area. Husqvarna Group is launching a large ERP-program and you will be an important part in setting the architecture for the ERP journey and the digitalization journey. You will use your skills to create and maintain the target Architecture for Husqvarnas future ERP environment. You will continuously develop your competence and be on the edge of your expertise and you will work in a combination between fast moving devops teams and more traditional IT delivery that needs different type of architectural set-up.
To succeed in this role you must be a person with large architecture experience in ERP. You are passionate to seek knowledge to be updated as well as able to share this knowledge with others.
Your work duties will be varied but it will include i.e: Plan, coordinate and drive strategies and roadmaps.
Coordination with other domain and EA architects within the team.
Be heavily involved in the ERP program responsible for the ERP transformation project from an architectural point of view
Provide expertise in the area of ERP architecture,
Contribute to the Development the EA function and governance structure
Lead development of strategies and roadmaps, create and maintain target architecture,
Lead workshops
Lead architecture networks. Educate and communicate architecture to different stakeholders
Develop frameworks and drive new ways of working
You will be a part Enterprise Architecture team within Husqvarna GIS (Global Information Services). GIS is responsible for the IT - deliviery throughout the group and is located in Huskvarna, Jonsered, Stockholm, Ulm (Germany) and Charlotte (US).
This position will be placed in either Huskvarna, Stockholm or Jonsered.
Your profile
You are an experienced architect with wide experience in ERP-architecture. You hold good communication and leadership skills with a passion for seeking new knowledge to create the best result possible.
ERP applications, preferrable SAP or Oracle is something you are very used to.
You have BSC or MSC in relevant field and many years of experience in ERP. You are a senior architect with relevant EA-experience and a good sense for the bigger picture. You find yourself very comfortable in a fast paced atmospehere.
If you have experience in managing projects and knowledge in a manufacturing processes in relation to EA within ERP that is considered a great merit.
You have excellent verbal and written skills in English. Swedish is an advantage.
