Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office - Stockholm or Malmö
ASSA ABLOY is on a cloud journey. Our digital products have been in cloud for many years, but it is now time to increase this journey including the Enterprise IT estate. This requires new way of working, automation, new approach to security and above all increase our overall cloud maturity.
Are you an experienced Enterprise Architect passionate about modernizing IT? Are you an economy of scale change agent and advocate for both software and infrastructure as a service? Join our global Enterprise Architecture team in Stockholm or Malmö, Sweden, and be a key contributor on our digitalization journey. You will be given the opportunity to influence and guide our global organisation in this important and increasing area for ASSA ABLOY!
What you would do as our Enterprise Architect
Enterprise Architecture is looking for someone who can excel at providing next step of our cloud journey and engineering leadership to establish a delivery framework and service capability for cloud to meet our needs. You will report to the Global Head of Enterprise Architecture, Magnus Drape, working closely with our Global Business Divisions and Group Shared Service Center.
We are a truly global organization and present in +70 countries and our business is today highly decentralized. To achieve your objective, you need to work through collaboration and global governance. You will define the guiding stars for the area and, together with your counterparts in the Divisions, formulate common strategies, requirements, directives, and hands on support to ensure the Group moves in the right direction.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for an engaging functional leader and change agent that enjoys a dynamic environment. You are a highly structured, positive and communicative person with extensive experience of working with IT modernization in large organisations. Ideally you have a solid interest in the latest technology, and you have experience in supporting and guiding business stakeholders on how to pursue business objectives in a secure way with cloud.
We believe you have:
• Experience within cloud migration and/or establishing new cloud services, ideally with hands on experience background.
• +5 years' experience from various IT delivery models including SaaS, IaaS and PaaS
• Basic knowledge within IT security, APIs and agile way of working like SAFe.
