Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office - Stockholm or Malmö
Are you an experienced Enterprise Architect passionate about modernizing business applications with an extra interest in eBusiness? Are you a change agent and advocate for a capability driven architecture with modern cloud solutions? Join our global Enterprise Architecture team in Stockholm or Malmö, Sweden, and be a key contributor on our digitalization journey. You will be given the opportunity to influence and guide our global organisation in this important and increasing area for ASSA ABLOY!
What you would do as our Enterprise Architect
Enterprise Architecture is looking for someone who can excel at providing next step of our eBusiness journey and engineering leadership to establish a delivery framework and best practice architecture. You will report to the Global Head of Enterprise Architecture, Magnus Drapem working closely with our Global Business Divisions and Group Shared Service Center.
We are a truly global organization and present in +70 countries and our business is today highly decentralized. To achieve your objective, you need to work through collaboration and global governance. You will define the guiding stars for the area and, together with your counterparts in the Divisions, formulate common strategies, requirements, directives, and hands on support to ensure the Group moves in the right direction.
The skills and experience you need
ASSA ABLOY have during the last 20 years acquired more than 200 companies and we continue this journey going forward. Our IT estate is decentralized and complex. This is a challenge to reach our ambitious targets that we have set out for eBusiness.
We are looking for an engaging functional leader and change agent that enjoys a dynamic environment. You are a highly structured, positive, and communicative person with extensive experience of working with complex IT organizations and landscape. Ideally you have a solid interest in eBusiness, and you have experience in supporting and guiding business stakeholders on how to pursue business objectives.
We believe you have:
• +10 years' experience of working within the IT Management area advising business stakeholders in their transformation journey
• + 5 years' experience within eBusiness
• Oral and written ability to simplify complex relationships
• Basic knowledge within IT security and agile way of working like SAFe.
