We're looking for an Enterprise Architect to join us at Group Functions IT Sandvik - a high-tech and global engineering group, rapidly developing into new digital solutions and offerings.
About the job
Your job is to ensure the overall enterprise architecture including IT landscape for the entire Group Function - making sure that this is aligned with business objectives and future development plans so that the IT strategy and enterprise architecture are developed in an efficient way based on business-wide analysis. You secure the enterprise architecture, governance and IT strategy are properly communicated, understood, used and followed within projects.
This also include:
Developing and maintaining short-term and long-term target state IT architecture/landscape and transition plans for all Group Functions.
Communicating and anchoring architecture with relevant stakeholders and projects.
Leading the work to enable Sandvik common information through integration technologies and analytical capabilities
Strategizing and leading the Cloud transformation.
Participating in architectural related collaboration across the organization and maintaining an understanding of business requirements.
Managing enterprise architecture master data, methods and templates.
For this position you're either located at our modern office Gasverket in Stockholm or Sandbacka Park in Sandviken.
About you
You're strategic, have strong analytical skills and an execution mindset of getting things from idea to implementation. With a confident approach interacting with different stakeholders and taking initiatives for cross-functional improvement actions you make things happen. Your genuine interest and deep understanding of existing, new and emerging technologies make you successful in this role. You have good communication skills and feel comfortable working in a global industry player with large companies. As we act on a global scene, fluency in verbal and written English is a requirement. Knowledge in Swedish is beneficial.
We believe that you require the following knowledge, skill set and experience:
Extensive experience as a Technical Architect, Business Architect, Enterprise Architect and Information Architect.
Hands-on experience of cloud-based technologies, designs, governance, transformations, data as a domain and integrations.
University degree within IT - supported by relevant work experience.
Knowledge in any ERPs for Finance or HR.
Stakeholder management experience.
Knowledge in Azure, SaaS, integration, data analytics and ERPs is good to have - experience of leading any ERP and SaaS implementation is added advantage.
Certification like TOGAF or others is a plus.
