As Director Enterprise Architecture & Solution Delivery, you would be building and running the application management maintenance organisation, as well as line manage the Solution delivery team and manage the application management services team. You would be working closely together with IT Operations.
You would also lead the development of a single holistic enterprise architecture model for the whole organisation, from all architecture perspectives. You would be responsible for and chair the Digital IT Architecture Board, and be the overall responsible for CEVT's Digital IT Architecture Repository. You would also be cost centre responsible for budget and spending as well as process owner for various areas.
As Application Manager, you would be responsible for the business requirements for purchasing, as well as for licences and users, managing CEVT's license assets and reducing the cost of software usage. You would also be responsible for protecting the organisation against compensation of damage, loss of goodwill etc.
