BOPO IT division delivers solutions and services to Buying Office and Production. We are now looking for an experienced enterprise architect with a broad technical background and an experience leader.
You will be a member of the BOPO architecture function working closely with the division architect and other area architects. The team has the overall responsibility for the division architecture and a mission to provide architecture expertise to secure a solution landscape enabling business success.
We are in the beginning of a journey transforming our architecture to a service based architecture hosted in the cloud. You will play an important role in this transformation why it is important that you have experience from similar work and a genuine interest for technology.
We work in an environment of constant change, continuous improvements and a very high degree of co-operation. Hence, you must be flexible and have the ability to quickly switch from strategic level to tactical level and to communicate with different kinds of audiences.
Your responsibilities
The job of an Enterprise Architect within the H&M group comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Working together with the business and early identify needs and strategies to find the best suitable solutions and technologies
• Contributing to the roadmap work together with business and delivery responsible
• Set direction for development by establish and communicate architecture assets
• Be a leader within the architecture function
• Contribute to strategies, goals and vision for the division
• Positioning of all initiatives and significant changes
• Identification of strategic enablers
• Set high level solution designs ensure they are well documented and communicated
• Ensure that the architecture for new initiatives are aligned with BOPO and overall H&M EA guidelines and target architecture
• Architecture reviews and approval of key design documents
• Coaching and support to system architects and requirement analysts

And your skills include:
• Genuine interest and several years' experience in architectural work
• Broad technical background and interest of technology, application and process
• Wide competence in platforms, service architecture and cloud technology
• Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues
• Experience in creation of a target state and supporting the creation of a roadmap to reach that target state
• Self-driven personality with leadership skills that can act in a flexible environment and take on large responsibility
• Holistic approach with ability to work both strategically and operationally in a complex IT landscape
• Have strong communication skills and ability to build good relationships
The position is full time, based in Stockholm (Marievik).
