: and in our Strategy and Architecture IT department we are currently looking for an Enterprise Architect to coordinate, coach and enable a community of highly qualified solution designers with diverse talents, skillset and cultural backgrounds to help E.ON staying ahead of energy trends by architecting great solutions for our customers and shape the IT landscape to meet next generation technology needs.

What you'll do as part of your job:
Breakdown our business strategy into IT strategies.
Develop the architecture roadmap to meet future demands.
Design and maintain the reference architectures to support business capabilities, data and processes
Architect IT solutions as reusable assets within the group to help other regions making their projects smarter, cheaper, quicker and better through good and sustainable design.
Being part of the Strategy and Architecture international community, foster the reuse of appropriate solutions within the group to deliver earlier value and cross fertilize learnings.
Coordinate and steer software selection process to recommend technologies meeting our business and customers' needs.
Constantly scout the technology market to explore next generation solutions to meet next generation needs.
Work closely with suppliers, partners and IT market to ensure that the IT solutions we provide fit for today's needs and also future's needs.
Develop trust within the different communities and stakeholders by showing our ability to deliver great solutions at sustainable costs.
Contribute in developing and cultivating talents and next generation leaders at all level of the organization.
Contribute in creating a fearless, forward looking and innovative culture to drive business development by constantly developing new business models by leveraging top-edge technologies.
Contribute in creating a great place to work and an attractive environment to continuously attract talents.

5+ Enterprise Architecture & Design (or equivalent proven skills)
5+ years of experience in Service Oriented Architecture (or equivalent proven skills)
Academic degree in computer science, economics or equivalent (or equivalent proven skills)
Experience working with diverse infrastructure options such as private and public cloud.
You are fluent in English, Swedish would be an asset
Personal skills
Driven by innovation and continuous improvement
Track record in learning (new technologies and more) to stay updated with the latest trends.
Passionate about good design and user experience
Outstanding communication and influencing skills
Outstanding intercultural competence as well as international orientation.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to represent complexity through simplicity
You will be part of an international team and you will therefore need to have the willingness to accept regular business trips.
