Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect with 18 to 20 years of expertise in Enterprise Architecture Architecture Views Design and Architectural Design & Pattern. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive architectural excellence and innovation contributing significantly to our companys success.
The role is situated in Malmö or Helsingborg.
The ideal candidate will have strong background on Java J2EE Angular JS SQL OpenShift Gradle Open API and GCP.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies that align with business goals and objectives. Oversee the design and integration of architecture views to ensure cohesive and scalable solutions. Provide expert guidance on architectural design patterns to enhance system performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architecture solutions meet both technical and business requirements. Drive the adoption of best practices in architectural design and development across the organization. Ensure that all architectural solutions are in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing architectures to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Mentor and support junior architects and other team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective architectural solutions. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and decisions. Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance the architectural framework. Provide technical leadership in the planning and execution of complex projects and initiatives. Ensure that architectural solutions are designed to be scalable secure and sustainable.
Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices.
Demonstrate expertise in designing and integrating architecture views.
Have extensive experience with architectural design patterns and their application.
Show proficiency in product marketing communication and promotion domains.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Display excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Demonstrate the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Possess strong documentation and technical writing skills.
Be familiar with regulatory and compliance requirements in the industry.
Exhibit a strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and improvement.
Experience in Omnichannel Retail Domain is a plus
Certifications Required
Certified Enterprise Architect TOGAF Certification
