Duties
We are looking for a member to our new global Architecture, Security and Innovation team within the IT organization. You will work with defining an information technology system architecture that is aligned to the company?s business strategy.
As an enterprise architect you will work with development and implementation of process and information modelling. We see a need of combining business opportunities and new used technologies to develop new capabilities and architecture.
In detail, your main responsibilities will be to:
• Develop and maintain the architecture framework, policies, standards, guidelines and tools to direct the selection, implementation and use of IT inside the group.
• Work with technical project managers and business analysts to provide a consensus based enterprise solution that is flexible and in sync with changing business needs.
• Manage the risks associated with IT through appropriate standards and security policies.
• Promote shared infrastructure and applications to reduce costs and improve information flows. Ensure that projects do not diverge from each other or from business and IT strategies.
• Build employee knowledge and specific areas of expertise.
• Be a member of the Architecture Board together with other key members.
The position is permanent, reports to IT Director - Architecture, Security and Innovation and is based at the corporate headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Qualifications and personal qualities
You have several years of experience from enterprise architecture, process and information modelling. As a person you have strong drive, system thinking with a holistic view and are both business and customer focused.
You also have strong organizational, communication and relation skills. Since you are a key person in many projects you have experience from working with project planning and workshop performance.
An education of M.Sc in Technology, Business or equivalent is required. You are certified in enterprise architecture framework, preferably Togaf and are familiar with at least one EA tool for example Qualiware or Sparx. You have comprehensive knowledge of enterprise software and service oriented architecture. The position will entail working global with many different people and you should be able to communicate well in written and spoken English.
