In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Drive the agile change journey at Swedbank and refining the way of working. You will engage in the whole organization to bring the journey towards its goal. Presenting, advising, convincing, listening and advocating.
• You are brave and challenge structures, processes and cultures that need to change for us to be successful. You make recommendations regarding processes to adapt, change or discard relating to project and portfolio management.
• To see the whole and have a "systems-thinking" mindset. Together with the Agile change agents you will need to be able to spot bottlenecks and see patterns in the organization to focus on the right spot. You will also need to have a structured approach and a big amount of energy and drive to be able to "energize" the change process and keeping it moving forward, relentlessly.
• Use your expertise of large-scale Agile transformations and frameworks to support the development and evolvement of the overall strategy and roadmap. You will support development of a leadership engagement strategy as the roles of managers and executives change in the organization.
• Provide several SAFe trainings including but not limited to SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, SAFe for Teams, Leading SAFe.
What is needed in this role:
• Several years of experience, introducing and coaching Agile ways of working in an international company
• Proven experience in leading change, even without a formal mandate
• You are a certified SAFe Program Consultant
• Experience in running Agile trainings and are comfortable doing trainings in pair with your Agile coach colleagues.
• An evangelist of Systems Thinking
• Experience in software development domain
• Excellent communication skills, ability to adjust your message depending on the audience
• Fluency in English
• University degree in Information Technology or Engineering
• Be knowledgeable of many frameworks and open to choose any.
