Enterprise Account Manager with strong networking and selling skills

Purpose of position
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the business relationship with Consafe Logistics larger customers. You will have an internal role in which you will be planning sales activities to achieve targets for each account, as well as an external role where you will be liaising with decision-makers in the customer organization to assess their needs and provide relevant products and services to achieve your defined sales targets.

You will play a vital role in contributing to the sales and marketing function where your main responsibilities will be to:

* Find, explore and develop new business opportunities at all accounts in the portfolio
* Prepare, implement and maintain strategic account plans on a quarterly basis
* Promote and engage IT solutions across the entire account portfolio
* Follow RFP's continuously in order to achieve quarterly targets
* Monitor all accounts within the portfolio
* Manage very high commercially revenue based opportunities to meet financial targets
* Prepare and present quartly, bi-annual and annual business plans to senior management
* Build a long-term partnership, via a thorough understanding of your customers needs
* Prepare and give presentations both internally and externally

You will be part of the sales & marketing function and work closely both with the Manager for after Sales and VP Sales and Marketing. You will be located at the Group Head Office in Lund, Sweden.

Candidate profile
We believe that you have at least five years of sales experience from the IT industry, combined with some software knowledge or good understanding from ERP-systems. You have acquired a strong skill-set in your ability to articulate formal written responses to clients? day to day needs. You have a basic financial understanding and are able to deliver input to the Marketing function and to pull together and lead sales campaigns.

We are looking for a driven, analytical and communicative person with outstanding networking and presentation skills. You are target oriented and used to working and taking own initiative in a changing environment. You have a strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. You have a relevant University degree or similar and fluent in English, both written and spoken. German and French is a merit.
