We are currently seeking a registered pre-school teacher for our International unit. The international unit is a mixed unit with children from 1-5 years old with approxinatly 15 children. Together with 2 teacher's assistant you will lead the unit.

Our approach is to plan a curriculum that emerges from the children's interest and supports their needs.
The pre-school teacher main working duties consists of the following:
Develop and implement child care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children.
Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs and providing opportunities to express creativity
Guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing and toilet habits
Make daily observations /dokumentation of children for signs of potential learning
Knowledge Jolly Phonics program
Knowledge of Swedish Curriculum Lpfö 98/10
Establish guidelines for behaviour
Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, safety and well-being of children
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children
Qualifications
You are a registered pre-school teacher with aleast 2 years teaching experience. You have good organisation skills and a good ability in leading your unit, but also a good teamplayer. You speak/ write fluent English and also can communicate in Swedish.
