hela Sverige We are now looking for a nanny to one of our most appreciated families to work for in Djursholm. We have placed nannies for the family during the past 6 years and our nannies have enjoyed the position and the time with the family a lot. It's now time for the family to find a new nanny and the position comes with separate accommodation for the nanny. The family offers accommodation for the nanny in the form of their own cottage on the family's land. The cottage has two rooms, kitchen, shower, toilet and sauna. The nanny is required to work around 25-30 hours/week on average. From time to time the nanny will be needed up to 40 hours per week, all overtime is reimbursed in addition to the fixed monthly salary for 25 hours/week. The family have two children, a 4-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy.
Please note that this is a LIVE-IN position. The nanny should be happy to reside in the accommodation provided by the family.
The work is distributed approximately 50/50 over work with the children and other household chores. The family has a cleaner but lighter household chores such as laundry, ironing, keeping the children's things in order, sorting toys, preparing meals, keeping the kitchen tidy and organised, shopping, running errands etc. are included in the position. There is flexibility around when the household tasks are to be performed and they can be scheduled so that it fits in with the nanny's schedule if the nanny has other commitments such as studies. The family is also looking for someone who can help cook for the children, so an interest in cooking is a big plus.
The children have activities most afternoons so someone with a driver's licence is highly desirable.
The children are two happy, lovely children who like to play both outside and inside. The family have had an english speaking nanny before but only for a short while, the children understand some english and are very keen to learn. A nanny with a high level of english and experience in teaching children english is therefor desirable.
Both parents are present in the children's everyday life and want to spend as much time with them as possible but need help to get their everyday life together as they both work a lot. The working hours are somewhat flexible and can be adapted according to what suits the nanny, 3 afternoons per week, 3 weekend evenings (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) per month is a minimum requirement. The family also appreciates if you can work a few hours during the day on the weekend, but it is scheduled together with the nanny so that it is suitable for both in that case.
The position can be combined with studies as it is close to Stockholm University, among other places. If the nanny wants to work more the family can offer more hours with cleaning and further household duties. It might also be possible to combine this position with another position with us to get a some more hours.

The position will commence as soon as we have found the right candidate with a starting date between middle of November and latest beginning January 2022.
Salary in addition to the accommodation provided is 10.000-15.000 SEK per month, depending on experience, qualifications and wether the nanny wants to work 25 or 30 hours/week.
