Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a native English speaking marketeer with 3+ years of practical experience scaling and growing companies using digital marketing. You have a proven track record of working with inbound marketing and lead generation strategies. You're also a skilled copywriter who knows how to produce communications concepts and create content for all stages of the buyer's journey.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands the overall business and marketing strategy of customers, can effectively develop and communicate strategies, but also has deep and practical knowledge of digital marketing. Understanding inbound marketing and all the variables necessary to successfully grow a company, such as CRO, SEO, paid search, paid social, email marketing, content, etc. is necessary in this role. If you already have experience working in HubSpot, Salesforce, MailChimp, Intercom and other similar tools, it's a plus.
Here are some of the things we would like to see on your resume:
You have 2+ years experience working at an agency or as a consultant for clients focusing on inbound marketing and lead generation.
You are data-driven, analytical and enjoy solving problems and challenges.
You know how to optimize the entire marketing funnel, not just ad accounts or specific buyer's journey stages.
You have 3+ years of practical experience in areas such as inbound, CRO, SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation.
You are a skilled writer and enjoy producing content.
Spreadsheets and large amounts of data do not scare you.
You get things done, work well under pressure and can handle multiple parallel projects or clients at the same time.
You take responsibility for your work and are self-reliant, systematic and meticulous.
You are kind and respectful to everyone around you (this is a must).
You are used to and comfortable working in Google Drive and various project management tools (e.g. Asana, Jira, Trello).
You are naturally curious and open-minded (unfortunately, we can't teach this).
You always tell the truth and you hold yourself and others to high ethical standards.
You speak and write fluently in English.

This role is located in Stockholm, Sweden, at our office at Södermalm.
What do you do as a Growth Hacker at Genero?
As a Growth Hacker, you will be part of our Growth Marketing team for clients focusing on lead generation. Here, you will work together with designers, copywriters and growth managers to create growth for our clients.
You create and implement strategies that maximize profitable growth. You communicate effectively with clients and make them happy. You optimize both existing and new channels to grow the clients' business. You help solve problems together with the team. You experiment, test, and constantly learn new things.
You work directly with companies (from SEK 10 million in revenue to billions) in Sweden, the Nordics, Europe, and the world.
